Here we are going to explore different yoga poses. The practice of Hatha Yoga is done slowly and each pose is held for a couple of breaths. This allows for more stretching, and to dive deep into each pose.

The practice of Vinyasa Yoga is done at a faster pace compared to Hatha Yoga.

Face Fitness is an effective training for face, neck and décolleté. It strengthens the muscles, tightens facial contours and smooths out wrinkles.
With increasing age we lose about 30-40% of muscle mass. To keep or regain our facial muscle mass, it's necessary to actively train them. The exercises should be beyond our normal performance level (our daily facial expressions). With the right training you can enlarge and strengthen the muscles.

Face cupping, also known as vacuum massage.

Pranayama helps in getting rid of blocks, impurities and offers many health benefits.
Prana means lifeforce = energy. We will practice the flow of our breath, so we can influence the flow of prana.

These natural occurring, volatile aromatic compounds are found in different parts of plants. Like the seeds, bark, stems, roots and flowers. Essential oils have long been used for beauty treatment, health-care practices and food preparation.
In Aromatherapy we use those powerful oils. We can inhale, diffuse, do baths or beautiful creams.
